Trim audio

Keep the part you need. Play your source, drag the timeline handles and preview your selection. Process it once, then play and download the actual result.

MP3, M4A and WAV · mono or stereo · up to 30 minutes · plan size limits apply.

Trim audio

One configuration for each file. Up to 1 files · 20.0 MB per file · 250 MB combined.

0 files · 0 completed · 0 failed

Add compatible files to configure and process them together.

How it works

  1. 1. Choose your media.

Upload a file or choose from Files. Your original stays unchanged.

  2. 2. Select your segment.

Drag the start and end handles, or enter timestamps in seconds. Preview selection plays only that range and creates no processing job.

  3. 3. Process and download.

Play your generated WAV, check its verified duration and download it. Batches retain successful results and support failed-only retry.

Frequently asked questions

How precise are the timestamps?

Enter seconds with up to three decimals. Select at least 0.1 seconds. Processing rejects out-of-duration ranges independently for each file. Video cuts follow decoded frame timing; frame-exact editing is not claimed.

What is the output format?

16-bit PCM WAV at 48 kHz, preserving mono or stereo channels from the first track. WAV may be larger than MP3 or M4A and cannot restore detail lost in the source.

What if my browser cannot play the file?

Browser codec support varies. A duration timeline and manual timestamps remain available; server validation determines whether processing is supported. Preview errors do not require another upload or create jobs.

Can I trim multiple files?

Yes. The same absolute range is checked independently for every source. A shorter or invalid file fails explicitly without silently changing your selection. Successful outputs remain available for download and ZIP.

Are my files private?

Source and result playback use authorized file access. Optional sharing, storage, quotas and retention follow your existing plan. Nothing is shared automatically by the editor.

What limits apply?

Sources and outputs are limited to 250 MiB and your plan’s smaller limit. Corrupt, encrypted or unsupported media is rejected. Processing uses bounded native execution; unusually expensive files may fail safely. Metadata, chapters and extra tracks are not retained.
