Your layout, prepared for PDF
Each presentation creates one PDF in slide order and keeps the slide aspect ratio. Images, shapes and static chart content are rendered where LibreOffice supports them. Animations, transitions and videos are not playable in PDF.
Convert one file on Free, or a batch on Pro and Unlimited. Each document creates its own PDF, so successful results remain available if another file fails. Use Files in the dashboard for mixed Word, Excel and PowerPoint batches.
Private files, retained originals
Your original document stays in your private file workspace alongside its generated PDF and history. Download, rename or delete your files there. Pro and Unlimited can explicitly create a share link for a generated PDF. Files follow your plan or connected bucket retention policy.
Macro-enabled files, password-protected files, legacy DOC/XLS/PPT files, embedded objects and linked external resources are rejected. Conversion uses LibreOffice with a separate profile for each job and open font alternatives.
Common questions
Will the PDF include every slide?
Slides follow LibreOffice PDF export behavior. Visible slides stay in order; hidden slides are omitted by the default exporter.
Will my fonts look exactly the same?
The worker includes open alternatives such as Carlito, Caladea, Liberation, DejaVu and Noto. Missing fonts fall back gracefully, but text wrapping and layout can change.
Can I convert several presentations together?
Pro and Unlimited can convert a batch, with one PDF per presentation. A failed file is shown separately while successful PDFs remain available.
